Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Participant Support Officer with our Federal Government client. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality support to participants and stakeholders.

The Role

  • Provide face-to-face customer service to participants, families, and carers.
  • Assist with research and reports as directed.
  • Offer thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently to provide administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate appointments using Agency office facilities and ensure these facilities are neat and prepared for each participant.
  • Undertake data entry responsibilities.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the Agency database.

About This Opportunity

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience within a Government Department, ideally in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Reception role.
  • A deep understanding of working with individuals with a disability.

All applicants must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to undergo a National Police Security check.
