We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Participant Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with participants in a face-to-face environment, providing support and assistance with various matters.
">As the Participant Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing participant queries, resolving issues, and coordinating appointments. You will also provide administrative support to the wider team, including data entry activities and preparing reports.

">Key Responsibilities:
">• Managing and resolving participant inquiries through actioning planning tasks.
">• Providing counter/reception support, including responding to participant enquiries in person and online.
">• Resolving customer complaints, providing information and/or referring customers to relevant services.
">• Coordinating appointments using Agency office facilities and ensuring these are accessible for participants.
">• Undertaking research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
">• Completing a range of data entry activities and following up on outstanding tasks.
">• Receiving and recording complaints and feedback in business systems.
">About the Role:
">As the Participant Engagement Specialist, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with emotional and challenging situations. You will need to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
