Real Estate Administrator for Career Advancement

Job Description: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing phone calls, mail, and banking duties, logging keys in and out for tradesmen, maintaining up-to-date website and rental listings, posting properties online, and managing the real estate inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily correspondence, including phone calls and emails
- Coordinate with tradesmen, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate records, including property listings and client information
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
- Potentially showcase properties to clients, once certified
Required Skills and Qualifications: No prior experience is required, although a Certificate of Registration (COR) is preferred. You must be willing to complete COR training and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
