Job Description

This Sales Associate role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to progress their careers in real estate. Working alongside a top-performing Director, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, attending pre-listing presentations, liaising with vendors and buyers, and prospecting for new business opportunities. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the full sales process from listing to settlement
  • Attending pre-listing presentations and open inspections
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Managing databases and performing general administration tasks
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and cold calling

You will work in a well-oiled unit, supported by a fantastic team and provided with extensive training and resources to excel in your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in real estate, preferably in a similar role
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
