Key Roles

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing life-changing therapy to NDIS participants, with the ability to work in diverse settings and utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.

  • Deliver high-quality behaviour support services to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma)
  • Relevant registration such as AHPRA registration, SPA registration or AASW membership
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a behaviour support practitioner
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
