About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for cultivating meaningful and enduring client relationships that go beyond conventional business interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and establish a loyal customer base.
  • Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential new clients through market research and analysis to expand MVC Resources' client base.
  • Digital Tools and Support: Leverage the latest digital tools and support services to efficiently identify and present top-tier candidates to discerning clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies to maintain a strong technical foundation and drive business success.
  • Exceptional Results: Deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations to create a lasting impact and drive business growth.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to ensure MVC Resources remains a leader in the recruitment industry.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.
  • Experience in cold calling/telemarketing.
  • C2 Level English proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • International client interaction and networking expertise.
  • Impressive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Notable attention to detail.
