Job Summary\

The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring seamless scheduling and allocation. They will maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders, customers, and drivers.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling and driver allocation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding planning, runs, and delays.
  • Conduct proactive assessments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee payroll, driver performance, leave entitlements, and truck servicing.
\Requirements\Essential Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Proven experience in a senior transport role within logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S, CoR & NHVR regulations.
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
