Southern Regional Fleet and Sales Operations Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate automotive professional to join our organization as a dynamic and results-driven Fleet and Sales Operations Manager. Our company is seeking an experienced manager who can develop and execute successful fleet sales strategies, build strong relationships with fleet companies, and work closely with dealerships to identify and pursue retail and fleet opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Sales Strategy Development: Identify key fleet customers, monitor market trends, and build strong relationships with fleet companies to drive business growth.
  • Building Fleet Company Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with fleet customers, act as primary point of contact, and conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supporting Dealership Network: Collaborate with dealerships to identify and pursue retail and fleet opportunities, provide training and support, and assist in developing customized proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting: Achieve and exceed dealer sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain a deep understanding of commercial vehicle products, provide training and support, and ensure all product improvement measures are completed in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, business development, or commercial vehicle sales within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful fleet sales strategies, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong understanding of Australia's fleet market, including corporate, government, and rental segments, and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
