Senior Automotive Fleet Leader

The role of Group Fleet Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for heading up our Group Fleet operations. This includes direct administrative support and a remuneration package that reflects the skills and experience of the ideal candidate.
This role involves dynamically leading a team of professionals, with a focus on maximising existing opportunities and creating new relationships with major players in the large fleet space. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will have a mandate for growth and the opportunity to bring your vision to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of experienced fleet professionals across multiple marque brands
- Developing and implementing strategies for growth and improvement
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Overseeing a fleet of over 100 vehicles per month
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Fleet Manager
- Proven track record of people management and leadership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
