Senior Fleet Management Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead national fleet maintenance operations in a complex, multi-asset environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and driving standards for safe, compliant, and cost-effective workshop operations.

They will oversee contract frameworks, warranty programs, and vendor partnerships to strengthen asset performance while driving cost control and sustainability outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success in leading national fleet maintenance or engineering functions is essential.
  • Deep technical knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and workshop operations is required.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing large maintenance budgets and performance-based contracts is necessary.
  • A collaborative, outcome-focused leadership style engaging across functions and with external providers to deliver consistency and excellence is crucial.
  • Familiarity with fleet and maintenance systems to support diagnostics, reporting, and decision-making is preferred.
