About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Light & Wonder. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, providing a safe and efficient work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Supervise the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment.
  • Space Optimization: Collaborate with teams to optimize space utilization and layout, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Workplace Services: Implement and manage workplace services to enhance employee well-being and productivity, including the procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of furniture, utilities, equipment, signage, and other needs for the facility campus.
  • Compliance and Safety: Monitor compliance with local codes and regulations regarding building safety and fire prevention, and enforce safety protocols to ensure employee health and well-being.
  • Vendor Management: Manage strong vendor relationships and agreements, including preparing vendor quotes and processing invoices.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate and manage special projects, including real estate support and vehicle inventory management.
  • Team Development: Develop and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) for facilities, maintain a list of all facility assets, and support the growth and development of team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in facilities management, with exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of building operations and support, ability to coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, strong leadership, integrity, customer focus, and quality-driven mindset.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, onsite presence required to perform tasks and oversee staff, and periodic travel may be required.
