The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a cluster of Kmart and Target sites. You will work closely with our National Technical Team Manager to ensure high standards are maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver repairs and maintenance services to a high standard
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance work in a timely manner
  3. Work autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues
  4. Prevent critical breakdowns and maintain equipment
  5. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
  6. Participate in an on-call roster
Requirements
  1. Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician
  2. Refrigerant handling license
  3. Trade qualified – A-Grade Electrician
  4. Valid Driver's Licence
  5. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  6. Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management

*The position requires a pre-employment medical and a police check*
