Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including $122,788 + Super, plus flexible working arrangements and a generous 19 day month with RDO or 9 day fortnight option.

Job Description

This role is instrumental in shaping our library service agreement and building capacity for placemaking within the organisation. We seek a seasoned leader who can foster collaborative partnerships with various teams and stakeholders, driving innovative and creative solutions for community development, community facilities, libraries, and neighbourhood houses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional community outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement effective placemaking strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in community development services.

  • A proven track record of leading community development initiatives and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
