About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service as a coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives by providing high-quality care and support to local families.

  • Develop and implement engaging programs for children using industry-leading tools
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Roster staff and manage compliance documents with support from your Area Manager
  • Build positive relationships within the school community and be the face of TheirCare

You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support to children and families, while also contributing to the growth and development of our services. About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry (preferred but not essential)
  • A recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services (or currently studying towards one)
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • The willingness to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
