
Expert Systems Analyst

As a key player in our systems team, you will be responsible for driving strategic improvement projects that deliver business value through expert knowledge of data elements, student systems, supporting platforms, and business processes.
- You will develop and maintain an expert understanding of the underlying technology infrastructure, including data management systems, IT protocols, and operating environments.
- Through analysis, development, testing, and deployment, you will consult on and implement system changes in response to complex scenarios.
- Additionally, you will perform research and identify opportunities for system enhancements, including configuration, reports, forms, and correspondence.
Conduct requirements analysis and determine configuration changes to manage the testing and implementation of major system upgrades. You will also:
- Enable front-line support by overseeing incident tracking, workload monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Perform administrative tasks such as access management, code maintenance, and configuration oversight.
- Create and maintain operational reports that support university functions, leveraging data from multiple systems and reporting platforms.
