About the RoleThe Business Analyst Team plays a critical part in supporting university-wide systems and operations. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance knowledge of current and future systems.
You will be responsible for identifying issues, developing solutions, and monitoring system updates. Your expertise will inform business process improvements, leveraging existing functionality to deliver enhanced services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of student lifecycle systems and processes.
- Provide expert guidance on system use, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements through analysis of system capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver training, and resolve issues.
- Degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.
- Business analysis skills, including investigation, solution development, and problem-solving.
- Experience with researching, prototyping, and testing system changes.
