Job Description

We are seeking a Global Asset Sales Leader to join our team. As an Asset Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the activities of the Asset Sales Hard assets team.

Your role will involve ensuring that the team functions independently while interacting effectively to mitigate risks linked to contract terminations. You will also be responsible for building work collaborations and co-owning the Asset Management Income and Risk Cost P+L lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating team members in multi-country Asset Sales and Operations activities consistent with the strategy formulated and deployed across the market.
  • Optimizing the balance between financial results and commercial value from existing customer, vendor and dealer partnerships as well as the life cycle earning potential of the assets.
  • Harmonizing cross-departmental communication and leading the country Asset Sales Specialists to perform various tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in asset sales.
  • Strong social and commercial skills, particularly communication, presentation, creativity and collaboration.
  • Strategic view of end of lease and asset sales.
  • A level of active leadership by influence and experience in motivation and development.
