The role of the Asset Sales Manager involves overseeing a team responsible for managing asset sales, ensuring effective risk management and coordination across multiple countries.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration, strategic planning, and problem-solving. The manager will be responsible for achieving business objectives and overseeing inventory levels, while maintaining regulatory compliance standards.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including country sales managers, global business unit asset management teams, and international asset sales managers.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in asset sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changes in strategic direction and solve challenges as they arise is crucial.
The job also involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize asset sales, leveraging knowledge sharing and best practices across markets. The manager will contribute to the development and implementation of global and market systems and tools for inventory remarketing.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, communicate complex information to internal and external stakeholders, and secure alignment on management decisions.

- Managing and coordinating team members in multi-country Asset Sales and Operations activities.
- Optimizing financial results from existing customer, vendor, and dealer partnerships.
- Harmonizing cross-departmental communication and leading the country Asset Sales Specialists.
- Aligning with GBU Sales and Asset Management stakeholders during portfolio optimization.
