Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Global Custody Account Manager. This position is responsible for managing client and third-party asset manager relationships on a daily basis, responding to transactional enquiries and incidents, and representing the voice of clients and third-party asset managers with internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • This individual will oversee custody reconciliation breaks and engage with clients and third-party asset managers as required to clear breaks.
  • They will also be responsible for resolving internal queries and issues, including non-receipt of funds and unadvised credits and failing trades.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, ideally within a global custody environment.
  • Awareness of the Australian superannuation market and key players within it.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal client experience.
  • Skill to simplify complexity, particularly when remediating operational issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focused on client service, balanced with protecting the bank's interests.
