Key Stock Management Professional Role Summary

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Buying, Logistics, e-Commerce and Suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.

About the Position

  • Develop and manage domestic/international purchase orders and stock replenishment strategies.
  • Conduct inventory reviews across all warehouses and stores to inform stock planning.
  • Forecast stock requirements for multiple categories to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with Buyers on various merchandise and promotional projects.
  • Analyse weekly sell-through data to drive efficient stock flows from warehouse to stores.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills; experience with stock trim preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
