Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reconnecting with past exhibitors and lapsed members, understanding their needs, and encouraging them to re-engage with our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, experience in membership services, account management or stakeholder engagement. They should be proactive, organized, and passionate about supporting businesses and fostering a sense of community.

This role will involve providing thoughtful, solutions-focused support for member enquiries, building strong trusted relationships with AGHA members and industry partners, and nurturing connections with prospective members to grow the industry network.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in membership services, account management or stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organized and proactive approach to work.
  • Passion for supporting businesses and fostering a sense of community.
