Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers at check-in counters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient assistance to passengers, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Welcome passengers and direct them to the correct gate for their flight, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Operate in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures, adhering to all relevant guidelines.
  • Perform boarding gate duties, including public announcements, and complete passenger marshalling tasks.
  • Action basic administration duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clear communication and good interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and passengers.
  • Ability to perform all duties at a high standard of customer service, exceeding passenger expectations.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, as well as a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Experience in the Aviation/Airline industry is highly desirable, with relevant training modules and courses.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, enabling prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
