Job Title: Service Delivery Associate

This role focuses on supporting services and teams with essential processes and activities, ensuring seamless delivery of customer-centric solutions.

  • Roster management and monitoring to assist in process optimization.
  • Leave management assistance as needed.
  • Effective management of customer service agreements, variations, and billing.
  • Support for the onboarding of new customers to fill community, individual, and housing vacancies, dependent on regional requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple sites as required, including Hornsby and Penrith.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting managers and local teams in responding to customer inquiries, filling Northcott vacancies, and developing new customer service agreements and budgets.

  • Clear and effective communication in both written and verbal formats.
  • Built relationships and people management with confidence and respect.
  • Developing well-informed problem-solving skills and remaining composed under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, showcasing awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultures and disabilities.
  • Application of knowledge regarding Disability Services Act & Standards, Child Protection Legislation, Keep Them Safe principles, and other relevant legislation.
