Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Associate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing national inbound calls, using first-touch resolution systems to advise customers with accurate information, and educating customers on new technology and digital solutions.

To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service capacity, knowledge of ERP systems, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.

You will also need to be detail-oriented, committed to following established processes, and capable of working effectively in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage national inbound calls and respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use first-touch resolution systems to advise customers with accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Educate customers on new technology and digital solutions, including converting to digital first
  • Process payments for various types of orders, including COD, credit card, and refund transactions
  • Handle invoices, credit notes, statements, proof of deliveries, and other required documentation

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service capacity
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
  • An excellent communicator with strong phone and email skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to following established processes
  • Capable of working effectively in a busy environment
