Customer Service Delivery Associate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through safe and timely order delivery.

This role requires the ability to navigate busy streets and suburban roads while ensuring the highest standard of customer service. You will be required to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, which may involve stairs. Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, a safe driving record, and the confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy areas.
