Job Overview

A key analytical role within our investment division, this position provides strategic insight and commercial support to optimise the performance of our commercial property portfolio.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, leasing strategy, investment modelling, valuation support, and property development feasibility
  • Collaborate with legal, leasing, and property teams to drive centre performance
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopments

We are seeking a commercially minded professional to support our Funds and Asset Management team with performance analytics, strategic leasing, investment feasibility, and asset forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in asset management, property investment or development analysis. They will be proficient in Excel, financial modelling and property-specific tools, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
