Drive Asset Performance in a Leading Investment Group

We are seeking an analytical professional to drive strategic performance across our $2 billion property portfolio. This key role will provide commercial support to our Funds and Asset Management team with performance analytics, leasing strategies, investment feasibility, and asset forecasting.

This is a pivotal position within our investment division, providing strategic insight and commercial acumen to optimise the performance of our commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, leasing strategy, investment modelling, valuation support, and property development feasibility.

Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis. They possess a sound understanding of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles. Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools is essential.

About this Role

  • Assist with asset performance forecasting, NOI analysis, and investment return tracking
  • Contribute to leasing strategies, property budgeting, and arrears/performance meetings
  • Support major tenant negotiations, lease finalisation, and strategic asset plans
  • Prepare valuation reports, feasibility models, and commercial assessments
  • Collaborate with legal, leasing, and property teams to optimise centre performance
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopments

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, are also essential.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis
  • Strong grasp of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools (e.g., Forbury, Dyna)
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and analytically driven
  • Confident communicator and proactive team contributor
