Asset Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Asset Advisor to provide expert guidance on asset management and building performance.
About the Role- Conduct in-depth assessments of buildings to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset value and optimize operations
- Provide technical due diligence reports and schedules of condition
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in building construction, fabric knowledge, and appreciation of an asset's impact on property operation. You will be part of a dynamic team working across diverse sectors, from commercial to healthcare and education.
Your Key Responsibilities- Building condition assessment and reporting
- Technical due diligence and defect reporting
- Visual assessments and professional reporting
- Lifecycle reporting and CAPEX forecasting
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial building workings
- Qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction, Carpentry or equivalent fields
- Ability to develop written reports incorporating technical information
- Deadline and project outcome focused
