**Care Specialist Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet their needs
- Provide nursing care and in-home services as required, prioritizing the well-being of our clients
- Manage information requests, feedback, and general enquiries with professionalism and poise
- Schedule services for our clients by coordinating with care workers based on their qualifications and availability
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation is completed in our databases and software programs

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Current AHPRA registration
- Nursing qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Proficient computing skills
- Current or willingness to obtain Australian National Police Check & Working with Children Check
- Current or willing to obtain First Aid & CPR certificate
- Full Driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Eligibility to work in Australia

**Preferred Skills:**

- In-depth knowledge of aged care and disability systems
- Demonstrated experience supporting staff
