Buyer's Advocate Opportunity

You'll assist with sourcing and evaluating investment properties for clients across the country, coordinating the settlement process once a property is secured, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients feel informed and supported at every step.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate investment properties that align with client goals, including conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, brokers, property managers, and other professionals.
  • Coordinate all settlement milestones, appraisals, inspections, insurance, depreciation, tenancy campaigns.
  • Provide proactive clear and timely communication so clients always know what's next.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM.
  • Escalate and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
  • General administrative support to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 12 months' real estate experience and a Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain ASAP.
  • Ideally you own property yourself, valuing team members who practice what we preach.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented with a genuine desire to build a long-term career.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Teams, confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Professional presentation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
