About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team. As an Enterprise Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with 5-8 Deep/Focus customers in the Telco, Gaming and Sports practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with senior customer executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs, desired outcomes, and key results.
  • Guide customers along the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation to accelerate their business goals.
  • Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes through AWS cloud.
  • Prepare and present commercial and/or strategic proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
  • Manage commercial agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability of revenue targets for AWS customers.
  • Work with relevant product specialist and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on AWS Cloud.
  • Provide customers with a great experience when engaging with AWS ProServe, throughout the sales cycle to the delivery of high-quality engagements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
  • 10+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
  • 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience.
  • 10+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
