About the Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Developer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join our team at Cloud Clips. As a key member of our Data, Strategy & Analytics team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our main enterprise channel for proactive engagement with customers and prospects.

Your primary focus will be on designing and executing automated multi-channel campaign activities and customer journeys within our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You'll work closely with our Technology, Digital & Digital Products, Brand and Marketing teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and deliveries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a reliable, scalable, and measurable campaign delivery capability in SFMC.
  • Ensure seamless execution and deliveries of all campaigns across multiple channels, including integration into Salesforce and other digital mediums.
  • Develop a marketing automation campaign delivery framework for automated and trigger-based campaigns and customer communications journeys.
  • Identify and build data triggers for automated communications in SFMC.
  • Work with Marketing teams to deliver and continuously optimize campaigns across the customer's life cycle.
  • Act as our Subject Matter Expert in delivering key communication workstreams in cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately and within specified time frames.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external providers.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong knowledge and technical experience in managing data imports and writing SQL statements.
  • Experience in SFMC components, particularly Automation Studio and Journey Builder, is highly regarded.
  • Degree-qualified in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing, optimizing, and managing CRM and 1:1 campaigns and journeys.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
