Senior Client Relationship Manager

Job Opportunity:
Lead and execute lead generation campaigns, serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
This role involves developing strategic account plans, acting as the voice of the client within our organization, delivering campaign insights, and leading business reviews with senior contacts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of similar Account Management experience in the ICT sector, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and a results-driven mindset.
This is a pivotal role where you will drive success in lead generation campaigns and build strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic account plans
- Acting as the voice of the client within our organization
- Delivering campaign debriefs and performance insights
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client contacts
Required qualifications and skills include:
- At least 2 years of similar Account Management experience in the ICT sector
