Senior Recruitment Consultant | GTM | SaaS

We're seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to join a high-growth fintech providing innovative working capital solutions to Australian businesses.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, relationships are nurtured, and new business opportunities are uncovered. You'll combine commercial acumen with exceptional service to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, client-focused outcomes
  • Analysing client feedback, financial statements, and market trends to improve service
  • Mentoring a Support Officer to ensure efficient and professional operations

About you:

  • Proven experience in client or account management (debtors finance experience highly regarded)
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements
  • Organised, adaptable, and client-first in your approach
