About the Role

The ACT Government is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Director, Systems and Record Management within the Systems and Record Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of ICT capabilities, including the enhancement and support of WorkSafe ACT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the Territory Records Act 2002 and provide technical expertise to manage critical systems, including Salesforce and Objective.
  • Lead a dedicated team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT+) to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience and/or knowledge of modern cloud-based technology platforms, particularly Salesforce and Objective.
  • Relevant degree, diploma, certificate, vocational or industry certificate in the IT network engineering field and/or relevant work experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, or an associated field and/or equivalent industry experience.
