Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to the business for the Defense Systems product lifecycle management and other Engineering systems. This role requires an understanding of our business systems, processes, and procedures and how they interface across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support directly to users of the Business Information System;
- Identify and resolve system malfunctions;
- Develop and contribute to the creation of specification and support documentation;
- Assist in undertaking business analyses in support of product development activities;
- Work with other disciplines to ensure cohesive and complete system requirements are met;
- Provide input into the expansion of the Business Information Systems across the organisation;
- Act as a product specialist to the broader business unit;
- Experience in using or supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or CAD applications;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented and collaborative approach;
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software would be highly regarded;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software;
- Experience in coding in one or more of the following: Javascript, C#, SQL, CSS;
