We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Systems and Record Management within the Systems and Record Management team at the Australian Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee system capability, information security, and record management governance.
- Lead a dedicated team to ensure compliance with the Territory Records Act 2002.
- Provide technical expertise to manage critical systems, including Salesforce and Objective, with exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT+) to drive business outcomes.
- Experience and/or knowledge of modern cloud-based technology platforms, particularly Salesforce and Objective.
- Relevant degree, diploma, certificate, vocational or industry certificate in the IT network engineering field and/or relevant work experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications related to information technology, computer science, or associated field and/or equivalent industry experience.
