About the Role

Budage Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Development Coordinator to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our People and Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of timely client advice and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle administration, including on-boarding, secondments, reporting, and off-boarding.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Connect team to support employee queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and information in our HRIS, Workday.
  • Assist People and Development Managers with reporting, data analysis, and data audits.
  • Coordinate the Sydney new starter orientation program and maintain practising certificates for NSW legal practitioners.
  • Contribute to national cyclical projects, such as Performance and Remuneration reviews, Promotions and Talent Reviews.
  • Maintain HR procedure documents and apply professional knowledge and judgment to manage queries.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a Human Resource Coordinator or Administrator position.
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Experience using a HRIS such as Workday.
  • Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Team

The People and Development team forms part of our Business Advisory Services department, providing strategic business partnering support to the business on People and Development issues.
