Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and focused People & Culture Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the P&C team, you will be responsible for providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.

About the Role

  • Employee Relations: Provide support and expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Projects: Support the delivery of various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and assist with salary benchmarking and data analysis.
  • Teamwork: Contribute across the broader P&C team with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
  • Travel: Visit sites across Tasmania with occasional interstate travel as required.

Your Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience managing HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
  • Relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
