About the Role:

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients' staff and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable interactions with staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Proactively engaging with employees to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns.
  • Utilizing technology tools to effectively support employee requests and tickets.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring their preparedness.
  • Organizing and executing events to activate spaces, encourage networking, and boost engagement.
  • Providing coverage at the Reception desk as required.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
  • Maintaining a visible presence among employees, fostering an environment that encourages open conversation.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), particularly Helpdesk Systems.
  • Familiarity with mailroom operations.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism, with a passion for hospitality, customer interactions, and satisfaction.
  • A personable individual who enjoys interacting with others and building relationships.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technology and applications.

Location: On-site – North Ryde, NSW
