About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Workplace Relations Partner to join our Group Culture & People Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic advice, guidance, and support on workplace relations matters that affect the Woolworths Group as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end retail enterprise bargaining process, ensuring high-quality agreements that serve business objectives and align with Woolworths values.
  • Advise and influence the business on workforce compliance, employment conditions, and complex workplace relations matters.
  • Contribute to the design of innovative solutions in response to risk issues and identify organisational risks and opportunities for process and system changes.
  • Establish strong working relationships with unions, employee representatives, and key business stakeholders to positively influence business decisions and enhance existing workforce processes and practices.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Woolworths Group enterprise agreements, competitor agreements, and industry trends.
  • Support and assist with cases and matters before the Fair Work Commission, including bargaining disputes and other industrial disputes.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a senior-level professional with significant experience in workplace relations, a strong understanding of employment laws, and a proven track record of negotiating enterprise agreements. You will have a deep understanding of the Fair Work Act and Fair Work Commission practice and procedure.
