Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration

  • Manage access to the Qualtrics platform, setting up user accounts and permissions.
  • Perform platform configurations and updates as needed.
  • Leverage data integrations to drive business insights.

User Support

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve platform-related issues.

Survey and Dashboard Building

  • Construct surveys and dashboards based on pre-defined specifications.

Reporting and Data Integrity

  • Collaborate in generating and customizing reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, data analytics, marketing, or psychology.
  • Experience or coursework related to customer experience, market research, data analysis, or business systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
