Customer Experience Platform Coordinator

The Voice of the Customer (VoC) Platform Coordinator at Flight Centre Travel Group plays a vital role in the daily operations of the VoC program.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration
- Manage access to the Qualtrics platform, setting up user accounts and permissions.
- Perform platform configurations and updates as needed.
- Leverage data integrations to drive business insights.
User Support
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve platform-related issues.
Survey and Dashboard Building
- Construct surveys and dashboards based on pre-defined specifications.
Reporting and Data Integrity
- Collaborate in generating and customizing reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, data analytics, marketing, or psychology.
- Experience or coursework related to customer experience, market research, data analysis, or business systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
