Customer Experience Platform Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Platform Coordinator to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the program, including user access, inquiries, and technical issues. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to build and maintain surveys, dashboards, and reports using Qualtrics, following detailed specifications to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to the Qualtrics platform and perform platform configurations and updates as needed
- Learn to manage data integrations and troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Assist in building surveys and dashboards based on pre-defined specifications and ensure accurate implementation
- Generate and customize reports for various stakeholders
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a similar role (bonus)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analytics, marketing, psychology)
- Experience or coursework related to customer experience, market research, design-of-experiment, data analysis, or business systems
- Familiarity with survey or dashboard platforms is a plus, but training will be provided
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and explaining technical aspects
