We are seeking an experienced Resort Leader to drive success at The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort. As an established professional in the industry, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding service to guests and members.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

- Experience in housekeeping, food and beverage or front office operations
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development across all areas of operations
- Drive to become a leader in our industry
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends, public holidays and late nights

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Ensuring high-quality service delivery to all customers by maintaining rigorous service standards; assisting with operational training of the team and supervising daily operations
- Supervising junior team members in all aspects of daily outlet operations and providing necessary assistance
- Establishing and maintaining approved service sequences and standards at all times
- Implementing efficient operating procedures
- Managing daily rosters and ensuring effective cost control across multiple departments.
