Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team at a world-class island resort.

Our luxurious island resort in tropical North Queensland offers an exceptional chance to live and work on a stunning tropical island. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the restaurant team through daily menu preparations, tastings, and suggestions to delight our guests.

  • Manage and train a skilled team of hospitality professionals to deliver top-notch service
  • Create menus using local and imported produce and wine pairings
  • Participate in nightly cocktail hours and engage with guests
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and budgeting

Key Qualifications:

  • Senior management experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of local and imported wines and cocktails
  • Ability to work autonomously and motivate a team
