Resort Operations Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused leader to oversee the efficient operation of our resort.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional member services that provide value and benefit.
About the Role- Provide effective leadership to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams through the creation of a safe, team-oriented, challenging, and motivating work environment.
- Assist in the induction and training of staff aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the operation of the property ensuring presentation is always at the agreed standard and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Display a strong knowledge of property facilities, services, events, and activities, and its local tourism and attractions.
You'll need:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar leadership role desirable.
- Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort an advantage.
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- A high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
