The role is based at a 4.5 star, 80 room resort in the picturesque Yarra Valley with a range of leisure, dining, accommodation and conference facilities.
This unique opportunity involves managing all aspects of maintenance within the resort, including day to day tasks, preventative maintenance, property projects and capital expenditure projects.
The successful candidate will liaise with contractors and perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner, reporting any complex issues and maintaining effective communication with other departments.

Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience with a trade qualification desirable
- Experience within a resort or hotel environment highly regarded
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage reporting, documentation, budgets and forecasts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Suitable physical fitness
- Ability to interact with members and guests
