Organizational Transformation Specialist

Role Description:
">This role is pivotal in driving successful transformation initiatives within an organization. The Change Coach plays a key part in guiding initiative owners through change management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert coaching to initiative owners on the change management framework, encompassing communication, business case development, and training requirements.
- Support initiative owners in enhancing their change preparation and delivery maturity and capability.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a client's Change Management Framework.
- Collaborate with various business areas to foster continuous improvement.
- Undertake initiative change management health checks as required.
- Oversee the embedment of change initiatives as needed.
- Act as a change manager to support the delivery of initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in change management delivery and methodologies.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering organizational and project change.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience.
- Coaching or personal coaching experience.
