About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Change Management Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business transformation and ensuring seamless change adoption.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a change management role, with a strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices. They will be able to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Change Management Specialist will provide input to change impact assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, and model business processes to identify areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for change initiatives, identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They will be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for change initiatives
  • Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
  • Providing input to change impact assessments and collaborating with stakeholders
