The Manager Customer Experience plays a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing operational planning and oversight of frontline service delivery.
Empowering leadership and frontline teams with best practices within fast-paced, high-volume service delivery environments focused on customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this position.
- Experience in researching, developing, and implementing improvement initiatives in high-volume service delivery environments with call centre operations;
- Leveraging data to analyse trends and identify opportunities and challenges;
- Implementing projects including digital/technology projects improving customer channels and overall customer experience;
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading from the front, investing in people's success;
- Maintaining a steady approach under pressure, making decisions with competing priorities and deadlines;
- High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills;
- Strong leadership experience.
